Here is my WHY!

Like far to many people worldwide I have struggled with mental health issues for a good part of my entire life, This has often been due to the feelings of inadequacy and fear of rejection. Growing up, I was at times put down and made to feel like I wasn't good enough.

As a result I lived a life controlled by my mind which in my late forties left me with many regrets.

In 2016, and thanks to some personal physical struggles my eyes were opened and my personal development journey began. Today I am learning my new value and new worth in life. I am GOOD enough! I do NOT have to allow FEAR to control my life.
